Shipping policy
Made to order
Every item is printed and finished after you order it. Orders go into production once payment clears (about 24 hours after you order). Production takes 2–10 business days, depending on the size of the order. Shipping time is counted from the end of production. Orders that include sponsor logos start production once we receive the signed logo release form (see our Terms of Service). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.
Shipping within the US
- Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days after your order ships (occasionally up to 8).
- Cost: shown at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on the item and package weight. Standard US shipping starts at $4.69, and most single-item orders are about $4.75–$17. Express shipping ($9.99) is available on some items.
- Orders with items made at different production facilities may arrive in separate packages. Shipping is calculated per package and shown at checkout.
US shipping only
We currently ship within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package as soon as it ships.
Lost, late, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email sales@lostpairsporting.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and replace the item if it's lost or damaged in transit.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package comes back to us, we can reship it at your cost.
