Terms of service

These terms apply when you use lostpairsporting.com or buy from Lost Pair Sporting Supply, a brand of Fisher Design and Merchandise Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), based in Allen, Texas. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example after a pricing or listing error, a suspected fraudulent order, or a design we can't produce. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • Product colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished item, and sublimated patterns can vary slightly in placement from piece to piece.

2. Custom and personalized orders

  • You're responsible for the names, numbers, text, logos, and artwork you submit, and for checking spelling and sizes before ordering.
  • By submitting artwork, logos, names, or marks, you confirm you have the right to use them (for example, your team's or club's permission), and you allow us to reproduce them to make your order.
  • Sponsor logos: if your order includes a sponsor's logo or other brand marks owned by a sponsor, the athlete or team representative must sign a logo release form before production begins. We'll send you the form directly, and production time starts once we receive it signed.
  • We may decline content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Free mockups are for approval only. Final production may vary slightly from the mockup.
  • All items are made to order and are final sale, except for defects, misprints, damage, or wrong items as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Our designs

Lost Pair's designs, camo patterns, graphics, product photos, and site content belong to Fisher Design and Merchandise Solutions LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission. Buying a product doesn't transfer any rights to the design.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. Defect claims, cancellations, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

5. Use of the site

Don't misuse the site. That includes attempting to disrupt it, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may update or discontinue products and site features at any time.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided as described on their product pages. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
